This affordable housing project provides 82 units spread over 10 levels complete with a remarkable communal roof top terrace.
These units will provide housing for workers employed in retail, health and administrative services in the local Brisbane region.
This project targeted a 7+ star NatHERS rating which was achieved through rainwater collection and storage for landscape irrigation, non-combustible roof framing, a solar array to power the communal spaces and lifts, and natural cross ventilation throughout the apartments.
