Tenders
We think our subcontractor network is the best in the industry because we partner with companies that deliver outstanding quality and safety; not just the lowest price.
What makes us different?
01. One of the largest private companies in Australia
With McNab you get the best of both worlds. Our size means we build cutting edge, landmark projects for Australia’s leading companies, yet we’re still small enough that we haven’t forgotten what made us successful in the first place. 02. A strong workbook with blue chip clients
Clients continue to come back to McNab for their new buildings and facilities, in fact 9 out of 10 projects are from repeat clients or referrals from those clients. This means we’ve already got a large workbook locked in for FY25/26 and beyond, so we need the best people to come and join us.03. An entrepreneurial culture you won’t find at other builders
At McNab, we empower our people to think and act like entrepreneurs. We’ve worked hard to build a culture that rewards people who have a can-do spirit, who are dedicated, who take responsibility, and who have the drive to be leaders in their field.04. Relationship builders is our tagline for a reason
We know that a strong relationship and connection with our people, subbies and clients is essential in order to get results. Nailing this also makes coming to work so much easier, and so much more fun. We’re bloody passionate about our clients and the product we build for them. We work hard and celebrate all our wins, right alongside them.05. Our reputation is built on our culture
Our team is proud to get great feedback on our inclusive culture from people on the inside, and people on the outside. We’re a fun and happy place to work – a big contributor to this is hiring great people who live our values, our flat structure and our focus on open, honest communication. 06. We invest in the development of our people
We’re big on technical training, but many of our programs are centred around getting to know yourself and taking responsibility for how you show up at work. We challenge each other and help and support one another to be the best they can be.With McNab you get the best of both worlds.
