The Electrolux Experience Centre showcases what's possible when innovative design and practical sustainability come together. Through a collaborative partnership with the client, the McNab team transformed ambitious sustainability goals into practical outcomes, delivering a facility that combines mass timber construction, low-carbon concrete, intelligent building management systems and renewable energy solutions to set a global benchmark for Electrolux's Experience Centres.

By working closely with Rockpool, GJG Architecture and Cundall throughout design and construction, McNab helped deliver Australia's first 5 Star Green Star-certified residential aged care facility—creating a healthier, higher-performing environment for residents while setting a new benchmark for sustainable aged care.
