McNab delivered the design and construction of Anaconda Adventure HQ in Brendale, in partnership with Spotlight Property Group.
Designed by Buchan Architects, the 17,780m2 facility is the home of outdoors, giving shoppers hands-on experiences with the latest outdoor products all under one roof, in the largest purpose-built outdoor adventure store in the country.
Highlights include a Snow Cave for testing jackets down to -10°C, a 40-foot Barramundi Casting Tank, a life-sized Marina and fully furnished Campgrounds complete with a 6-metre gum tree.
The facility is complemented by a further 12 tenancies within the one precinct, with Stage 1 comprising the Anaconda Adventure HQ, Spotlight and Harris Scarfe.
