McNab partnered with our trusted local network of consultants and subcontractors to design and construct this social housing unit development of 24 units designed to the LHA (Liveable Housing Australia Guidelines) ranging from Silver, Gold and Platinum, one or two bedroom units for the Gold Coast Region.
The four storey development is serviced by two internal lifts and has been designed to maximise natural ventilation through a full corridor breezeway on each level. Challenges faced during construction include traffic management and overhead powerlines, which were managed through traffic control for all concrete pours and large deliveries to site, and through exclusion zones for any booms, lifts or EWP.
