As part of the Housing Australia Future Fund, McNab are proud to design and construct CHL's Booval development which will deliver 43 social housing units to the local community.
A mix of one- and two-bedroom units designed to meet silver and gold liveable housing design standards is spread over the five-storey development. Each level features green space and thoughtful design to enhance corridor security and visibility for the residents. Communal space has been created on level two for the tenants, and transport needs are met through bicycle lockup and secure basement car parking.
The building includes a 195m2 commercial space for lease on the ground level and a large CHL Client Support Centre on level two, which includes staff training rooms and general office space. Management plans are in place for the protection of the heritage-listed neighbouring property.
