Expanding their property portfolio by providing 19,530m2 of gross floor area spread over three tenancies the facility offers both 5oC chiller and -20oC freezer space, each serviced by a modern two store office, dock office and 30 cold chain compliant dock levellers.

To support logistics into site we are widening the existing local access road which will require neighbouring property consultation and programming to reduce traffic impacts to their business. Our scope included the removal of existing concrete slabs which have been recycled into gravel for use in the new building pad base supporting the global approach for circular economy
