This project involves the development of a 35,507m2 site, designed to accommodate two modern warehouse facilities tailored for logistics and distribution operations.
The site features a 9,265m2 hardstand area, a 3,425m2 car park, and 3,200m2 of landscaped space, ensuring a well-balanced and functional industrial environment. Both warehouses include recessed loading docks, main offices, and dock offices, optimising efficiency for tenants and logistics providers.
Unit 1 serves as a 14,245m2 Coles Distribution Facility, supporting large-scale supply chain operations, while Unit 2, a 3,480m2 speculative facility, will offer flexible warehouse space for future tenants.
