Johnstone Road Warehouse
Project Summary
Located at 39 Johnstone Road, Brendale, this project transformed a former sand mining site into a modern industrial estate designed for high functionality and efficiency.
The 48,670sqm site comprises two state-of-the-art warehouses. Warehouse 1 is a single tenancy facility featuring a double-storey office of 200sqm on each level and 6,433sqm of warehouse space. Warehouse 2 is a multi-tenancy facility incorporating three double-storey offices, with a total warehouse area of 18,527sqm.
Construction included high-level foundations, a structural steel framework, burnished concrete floors, and a combination of dado panel, metal roof, and wall cladding. The total warehouse area spans 26,922sqm, complemented by 19,585sqm of external concrete pavements and hardstands, with the remainder of the site dedicated to landscaped, recreational, and services infrastructure zones.
McNab delivered a complex screen-printing fit-out that converted the warehouse interior into a temperature-controlled production environment, demonstrating versatility and precision in delivery.
