McNab completed this design and construction project six weeks ahead of schedule which included 53 luxurious independent living apartments and community facilities over five levels.
Community facilities included a reception and administration area, sales room, consultant rooms, billiards room, hairdresser, library and crafts room, gymnasium, hydrotherapy pool and café and lounge.
One of the challenges we faced on this project was the architectural brick façade, which required our construction design smarts to bring it to life. We installed strengthened concrete slabs to open up interior spaces, and throughout construction, McNab has accommodated numerous inspections by potential buyers and stakeholders, which has been greatly appreciated by our client, Aura Holdings Pty Ltd.
