MEDLOG Container Storage & Handling Facility

MEDLOG, an international transport and logistics provider are delighted to enter Queensland market taking up a lease for a purpose built facility through the Port of Brisbane. Through our robust design management process we sought to understand the tenant's requirements for efficient logistics and translate this, combined with our knowledge of previous projects and Port of Brisbane expectations into a design that achieves optimal business outcomes. Key to the project is the full ring road around the perimeter of the site combined with the container sorting technology erected on an overhead gantry which provides the unloading forklifts real time data for efficient sorting and stacking requirements. 50,000m2 of container hardstand with varying profile requirements, which includes an 18,000m2 zone for container stacking five high. Multiple buildings totalling 2,861m2 including a steam clean wash bay, workshops, repairs station, AQIS station, offices and lunch room spaces.
