McNab have worked through a collaborative ECI (Early Contractor Involvement) process with Buckler Property Group to create a high quality industrial product for their property portfolio.
With the current volatile material price fluctuations, our gated ECI process gave our client more certainty around budget and material shortages, allowing us to influence design to ensure we achieved the best outcomes for the project.
This speculative distribution warehouse facility is split into two tenancies of 3,600m2 and 3,550m2 each supported by a 200m2 office and recessed loading docks. External hardstands have been designed for safe and efficient logistics management with one-way traffic entering and leaving the facility. With site bordering onto the Gold Coast Rail Corridor, lifting and pumping exclusion zones will be established.
