McNab delivered a modern, functional, and accessible workspace that balances the building’s 1980-1990 heritage with contemporary finishes, including feature timber walls and custom joinery. Works were completed within a live operational environment, requiring careful staging, proactive communication, and noise and access management to ensure minimal disruption to QBuild’s operations. A key highlight was the innovative construction of a new roof above the existing structure, enabling uninterrupted occupancy and maintaining full weatherproofing throughout the process.
