Project Summary
McNab was proud to partner with Porsche Centre Gold Coast for a second time, delivering the transformation of its Southport dealership into Queensland’s first Destination Porsche Centre.
About
Designed by Startari Architects, the 1,560sqm refurbishment transformed the existing facility to align with this global standard while retaining significant elements of the original building, including the primary steel framing, footings and slab-on-ground.
McNab delivered a brand-new showroom, seven-bay workshop, wash bay, office spaces and parts storage, together with a new façade, roof cladding, mezzanine level and integrated carwash facility. The result is a comprehensive upgrade that enhances both the functionality of the dealership and the experience of the Porsche brand from front to back.
Working within the existing structure required careful planning and close coordination between McNab, Porsche, Startari Architects and structural and civil engineers WGA to seamlessly integrate the new architectural and operational requirements.
The completed Porsche Centre Gold Coast delivers a state-of-the-art destination that reflects the quality, precision and premium customer experience synonymous with Porsche.
The project also marks McNab’s second successful collaboration with both Porsche Centre Gold Coast and Startari Architects, strengthening relationships built around a shared commitment to quality and exceptional project outcomes.
