Set over five storeys at Pelican Waters, Rockpool Residential Aged Care is a 150-bed sanctuary designed to enhance residents' quality of life at every turn.
About
Each room delivers generous space, natural light and fresh air, finished with quality fittings and fixtures throughout, while first class community facilities including a wellness centre, hairdresser, café, theatre and dining room give residents and their families space to connect.
Sustainability was engineered into the build, with a 99kW solar system, rainwater harvesting and reuse for landscaping, and above-requirement energy and water metering giving Rockpool's management team the real data needed to track their sustainability targets.
With the site's close proximity to Bells Creek, 221 x 20-metre precast piles were driven to provide the solid foundations this project needed.
