Set over six storeys in Oxley, Rockpool Residential Aged Care is a 152-bed sanctuary built to elevate residents' everyday quality of life. McNab delivered every room with generous space, natural light and fresh air, finished with quality fittings and fixtures throughout.

About the project
Residents and their families can make the most of first class community facilities including a wellness centre, hairdresser, café, theatre and dining room. Sustainability was engineered into the build from the ground up, with a 99kW solar system, rainwater harvesting and reuse for landscaping, and above-requirement energy and water metering giving Rockpool's management team the real data needed to track and achieve their sustainability targets.
