Project Summary
Targeting practical completion in February 2028, Scape Student Accommodation is a 20-storey purpose built student accommodation development located at the corner of Tribune and Colchester Streets in South Brisbane.
The development includes 493 student rooms (527 beds) with a mix of studio, "twodio" and accessible units, designed to connect with an access footbridge with the existing Southbank North Tower. Constructed with post-tensioned concrete slabs and a curtain wall façade, the building delivers modern design, quality, and durability.
The building has been designed to create a strong sense of community and amenity for students, with bookable meeting rooms and breakout areas on the mezzanine level providing space to study, connect and unwind. Upstairs, the rooftop terrace offers a relaxed retreat with barbeque facilities, seating and future-proofed wellness space, while the ground level retail tenancies help activate the Southbank precinct and bring life to the street. Supporting the day-to-day experience, student services including laundry and bike parking facilities have been thoughtfully integrated to make living there more convenient and connected.
