McNab are delighted to have delivered the design and construct of this major retail development which interconnects with the mixed use development of SunCentral and neighbouring retail precincts which form part of the new Maroochydore coastal hub.
This 12,700 sqm two storey complex has secured anchor tenants of Spotlight and Anaconda and will provided two additional retail tenancies and café space on the ground floor. Through the use of precast concrete, extensive glazing and architectural façade screening the design for this precinct has created a more modern approach to retail architecture.
