Built to a 6 Star BERS rating, the building features double glazed windows, provision for EV charging, passive cooling, and minimised solar glare through aesthetic screens and overhangs.

Future proofing the liveability of the spaces has been considered in the three storey apartments through the provision of a lift shaft should the homeowner need vertical transportation. The successful installation of fifteen prefabricated Plungie® pools provided unique challenges for our project design and delivery team, from ensuring all service connections were accurately in place, to the logistics and safety of multiple crane lifts, which was achieved to a high standard.
