The Sunshine Coast City Hall in the heart of the new Maroochydore City Centre has become a landmark building for the region.

This design and construction project delivered over 20,000m2 ground floor area spread over 11 levels providing local council administration function, as well as supporting the broader community through provision of additional commercial and retail spaces.

We were also awarded the fitout portion of the contract. The building is a high performing building and achieved a 5 Star Green Star rating as well as 5 Star NABERS (National Australian Built Environment Rating), through sustainable building design and elements which include energy efficient glazing and air-conditioning systems. Awarded Queensland Project of The Year 2023 by Queensland Master Builders.
