We partnered with our long-term client Aura Holdings on their newest retirement village in Toowoomba. The Ninth Middle Ridge has 74 independent living units, a mix of two, three and four bedroom units, over three separate buildings.
About
The Ninth is beautifully appointed with a range of community facilities including a wine room, craft room, library, billiards room and gym, all connecting with the 'village green' at the heart of the three buildings. This communal space features a bocce green, barbeque area and communal gardens, all overlooking the ninth hole of the beautifully manicured golf course.
The façade is accentuated by Breezeway Brick feature panels and fixed aluminium screens which offer sun protection and privacy for the residents. Additionally sliding screens were provided on the Western Facing balconies for additional levels of screening control by the residents.
