Client
The Queensland Laminex headquarters is a 27,000m2 distribution warehouse with two dispatch offices and 600m2 administrative office located within the TradeCoast Central Estate at Eagle Farm.
Internally the floors have a burnished fibre concrete slab finish, allowing the tenants pallet racking provider optimal conditions for successful installation, and more importantly end user safety post-handover.
An external hardstand of 18,873m2 services the logistics of on grade loading bays, covered by a 18metre awning to the North, South and Western facades of the building.
A condition of contract was to use Fletcher Group Products throughout the construction process which include Laminex, Tradelink, Stramit and Fletcher Insulation, which we integrated into our procurement process for the project.
